A new promotion opportunity for Croatia, the City of Zagreb and the Bagatin Clinic is right around the corner. The beginning of October, from the 2nd to the 4th, is reserved for the 10th World Medical Tourism & Global Healthcare Congress (WMTC) in Los Angeles, and Bagatin Clinic is a proud Gold Sponsor of the event!

The WMTC is the most comprehensive international health conference and attracts participants from all over the world with a focus on cooperation and the improvement of the industry itself. The event is organized by the Medical Tourism Association, the first international non-profit association for health tourism and the global healthcare industry.

It gathers top international hospitals, healthcare providers, facilitators, insurance companies and other industry stakeholders with the common goal of promoting the highest quality of health care for patients in the global environment.

This year, it will gather 200 exhibitors, 2,000 visitors, and 150 speakers for three days of discussing the latest in the industry and networking. The director of Bagatin Clinic, Mr. Ognjen Bagatin, will have the honor of giving a presentation called “Bringing more visibility to Medical Travel Brand” on Tuesday, October 3rd, where he will present the success story of the Bagatin Clinic in the international market – from branding the destination as an added value for clients to the Clinic’s branding a wide variety of services.

The “Seven Bagatin Laws of Branding” will inspire attendees and point them to the right direction. Furthermore, Mr. Bagatin will also have the opportunity to participate in a panel discussion on the topic of ‘Health Googlocity: The Ins and outs of Marketing Health and Wellness’ taking place also on Tuesday at 9:00 am.

The strength of togetherness has been recognized by the partners who will join them in this year’s Congress. Alongside the Bagatin Clinic, Croatia will be represented by the Zagreb Tourist Board. Mrs. Jadranka Primorac, member of the Board of the Special Hospital St. Catherine will serve as a panelist on the “Lessons Learned: Our Journey Towards Accreditation in Medical Travel” session, as well as Mr. Zdeslav Radovčić, Founder and President of HTI Conference for Medical Tourism. This panel will take place Tuesday, October 3, at 11 am.

During the three days of the Congress, the exhibition space will be visited by thousands of congress attendees from all over the world who will have the chance to learn more about the services of Bagatin Clinic, as well as numerous opportunities offered by Croatia.

The goal is to attract large employers and their representatives from all over the world who would send their employees for treatment in Croatia’s top healthcare facilities.

To recall, last year’s Congress was held in Washington D.C. where Bagatin Clinic was a silver sponsor. On this occasion, their director also talked about Bagatin Clinic, opportunities for cooperation and, most importantly, mentioned Croatia as the top destination for health tourism.
