The printed version will be distributed at the 4th World Medical Tourism & Global Healthcare Congress in Chicago, Illinois, USA September 26-28, 2011 and the electronic version will be sent by email to over 20,000 Healthcare Leaders, including Insurance Companies, Employers, Hospital, Medical Tourism Facilitators, Governments, Healthcare Providers, Healthcare Leaders, Consultants and more.
